Welcome to a supportive space for healing, growth, and reconnection to yourself.
My wellness practice helps individuals better understand and work with trauma, anxiety, depression, and nervous system dysregulation through somatic methods, self-awareness, and practical tools.
"How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives."
—Annie Dillard
Using a compassionate, body-informed approach, I help clients focus on building resilience, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of safety and calm in daily life.
Through our work together, I will help you develop skills and insights that support lasting well-being and personal empowerment.
Modalities for Integration
I offer several evidence-based, body-centered approaches tailored to your unique needs:
-
Gently releasing stored trauma by focusing on physical sensations rather than retelling the story
-
Learning to observe thoughts and emotions with curiosity rather than judgment
-
Offering yourself the compassion and protection that may have been missing in early life
-
Understanding and healing the different "parts" of your inner experience.
“Clara has helped me explore the dark and fearful spaces in my mind and body. Clara has a light and a strength that she generously lends, such that, even as she acts as an attentive listener, she works side by side with me as a fellow explorer. She is respectful but firm in helping me to reach the heart of a matter and see myself and others more clearly.
Working with Clara, I discovered a stronger version of myself.”
-Grace C.
Often, we explore our past through words while our bodies continue to store the tension of previous experiences and traumatic events.
At our core, we are all perfect beings, though that truth often becomes obscured by life’s difficulties.
Our work is about regulating your nervous system and recovering the curiosity, wonder, and joy that may have been lost along the way.
Using a variety of therapeutic modalities, I help you learn to fully inhabit your physical body to include your whole self in the healing journey.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or the echoes of trauma, we focus on building practical tools for resilience and emotional safety in your daily life.
“There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.”
