I am drawn to life’s mysteries and find that how to be happy is one of the most intriguing. I have spent years trying to puzzle this out and have, with deep gratitude, stumbled across many teachers and practices in this pursuit. I would love to share them with you.
There are many beneficial healing methods and we are each unique in which modalities speak to us. In our work together, we will discover which practices fit you best.
Our work together will be rooted in the somatic which is learning to understand where in our bodies we store upset, fear, anger, and worry. We may also use mindfulness practices as well as take a good look to see what our young selves get up to when we are stressed, lonely, and sad.
While there is, naturally, some space for narrative, this work is not based in talk therapy but grounded in reinhabiting our bodies to better understand how our minds react.
This work is right for those struggling with complex or developmental PTSD, acute PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting issues, and, well, just about anyone struggling to be in this world.
